And in Glasgow....

A test of investors’ appetite will also come in Glasgow where CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) is marketing a development site at 110 Queen Street for Lloyds Banking Group. It has planning permission for a mixed use scheme in the centre of the city but could have hotel or residential use. The plans call for the inter-connected buildings to have an 11 storey building of 15,793 sq.metres in mainly offices but with eight retail units. CBRE’s Audrey Dobson said: “110 Queen Street is a real citycentre landmark and is the most exciting development opportunity to come onto the market for some time. It offers both flexibility and location.
